Ctrl-C means "crash"

When you hit Ctrl-C while global wiggling with bands, foldit often crashes. This happens in about 1-10% of cases and it happens since months.
My OS is XP Home SP2 but I am not the only one with this problem.

I  crashed after hiting  simple 'C' in same situation (global wiggle with bands).
